all of Lady Acres beef is 100% USA born, raised and finished on the ranch of Mc Livestock Co here in Texas. Grass and grain finished for an incredible depth of flavor. Sustainably raised on rotational grazing, Dry aged and USDA inspected. Processed at a local and small family operated facility, and never fed growth hormones or given steroids.

Cut from our own trees right here in the heart of Texas then fabricated by a small facility here in town.

Care instructions: hand wash only, do not allow to soak. Do not put in dishwasher.
If the wood begins to appear dry, you may rub with food grade oil to restore.
